Every ABEL professional has passed six checks before they can take a single job: government photo ID, a criminal background check, a Police Conduct Certificate (kondotta) issued by the Malta Police, confirmed public liability insurance, an in-person skills assessment, and ongoing customer ratings. Their profile shows all of it, and ratings that slip lead to suspension.

The price you see before confirming is the price you pay. There is no callout fee added afterwards. Our commission is already inside that number — it is between us and the professional and is never added on top of you.

Free until an hour before the job. After that a fee applies — 25% before your pro sets off, 50% once they are travelling, 75% once they have arrived. You always see the exact figure before confirming, and the balance comes back as credit. The fee goes entirely to the professional.

You are never charged. You get a full refund plus €5 credit for the disruption, and we look for someone else.

Yes. Either of you can request a change in the app. You both see the original price, the change and the new total, and nothing moves until you both accept. If nobody answers within ten minutes the request expires and the original booking stands.

Through Stripe, in euro. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Store credit is applied first, and if it covers the whole job the card step is skipped.

Malta first. Address search already covers Malta, Italy, Austria and France, and those are the markets we are opening next.
